All items will be submitted for shipping information to logistics carrier by Mibro within 1-3 days upon receipt of payment (EXCEPT Saturday and Sunday, Legal Holiday ).

 

  1. Taxes and Duties
  •  Value Added Tax (VAT): In accordance with EU regulations, all prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable rate for the destination country. For B2C transactions, VAT is charged based on the delivery address.
  •  IOSS Compliance: To facilitate smooth customs clearance and to avoid additional fees for our customers, we utilize the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system where applicable. This simplifies the declaration and payment of VAT for distance sales of goods imported from outside the EU.

 

  1. Customs and Import Regulations

While the EU operates with a unified market, certain goods may still be subject to specific import restrictions or licensing requirements based on their nature, origin, or value. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any such regulations.

 

  1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
  •  Free Shipping on ALL Orders.
  •  How long does delivery take?

2-12 business days. Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.

  • How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Mibro products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

 

  • I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

  • Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

 

  • What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
